No Win, No Fee*
Whilst we had a win it was disappointing to walk away with only that in our hand. It's terrible that money plays such an importance in these matters, but I can tell you our mum was worth infinity to us so no amount of money will ever compensate us for her loss and what we have endured through grief and pain.
However, we have achieved what we set out to do which was to hold them accountable and make them pay, which they did. We know legal costs are expensive and without your help and guidance we would not have received anything. So, all round we are very grateful to CMC, Brendan and Phil etc for adjusting their fees to enable us to receive what we did.
Hopefully, now we can move on with our lives. I hope we weren't seen to appear rude for not wanting to say goodbye to them etc but I found it extremely difficult to be in the same room with them. I tried hard to hold back the tears but even then I couldn't. So there was no way I could go and thank them or say goodbye because I don't believe they really care or understand how we feel. Their job was to limit how much they paid out, for them it was all about the money.
I do sincerely believe the nurses made a mistake, it was not intentional. I can not forgive the nurse for not acting when mum reacted to the injection, or the other nurse for the things she said to me.
I will never forgive them for trying to cover up what happened.
We sincerely, thank you for being professional, courteous, understanding and supportive through this entire process.

Following a car crash I thought I could cope with the aftermath of everything involved. I was wrong. I was suffering from the physical and mental impact and wasn't able to keep on top of everyday life. After some three months of trying to cope with physical and mental issues life got pretty tough and everything went pear shaped. I lost my job and my vocation and much more.
